Do you charge for travelling time?
No. We do not charge for travelling time. Only time spent working on your PC is chargeable.
Is there a callout charge?
No. We do not charge for callout.
Are your engineers qualified?
Yes. Our engineers are qualified, highly experienced and have spent many years working in
the IT industry.
Will I be told the price of parts before you install them?
Yes. If your computer needs a new part, we will give you a fair estimate before we carry out any work.
Will you need to take away my PC?
In most cases, no. However, sometimes it is not possible to repair a PC onsite. In those cases we will take it to our workshop for repair and return it to you as soon as possible.
