The rates shown below are for labour only. We can supply parts at very competitive rates if required.

We charge £25 for all work that takes up to 1 hour. If a job takes longer than 1 hour then we charge £10 for every additional half-hour. (For example a job that takes 1 1/2 hours will cost you £35). We will of course give you a fair estimate of the cost before we proceed with any work. If we are unable to fix the problem then you pay nothing. The guide below details the sort of job that could be completed in 1 hour.

• Installation of operating system, eg. Windows 2000 or Windows XP.
